The first in the monthly series of events in London (http://www.guesthotels.com/whats-on-london/) includes renowned architect Richard Rogers will also be profiled discussing his major exhibition at The Design Museum. Richard Rogers + Architects- From The House To The City presents a retrospective of Rogers' work, from designing the Pompidou Centre with Renzo Piano in the 1970s, to the establishment of the Richard Rogers Partnership - now Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.
Completing the first installation of Guest Hotels' first instalment of Capital Culture is a showcase of the Victoria and Albert Museum's current exhibition on the Sixties girl group, the Supremes from the Mary Wilson collection. The display includes dresses worn by Mary Wilson, Diana Ross and Florence Ballard, original television footage, photographs and magazine spreads.

Guest Hotels is a subsidiary of parent company, GuestInvest, which launched in November 2003 as the UK's first buy-to-let hotel company. The concept allows investors to buy their own hotel room in central London which is fully maintained by Guest Hotels; a place where they can stay for up to 52 nights a year for free and receive 50 per cent of the room's income, which is let out by the hotel on their behalf throughout the year.

Class counsel announced that United States District Court Judge Ronald B. Leighton has granted preliminary approval to a nationwide settlement in a class action lawsuit filed by current and past owners of high-efficiency furnaces manufactured by Carrier Corporation equipped with polypropylene (plastic) laminated secondary heat exchangers.
