excelcycle of Excelsior Minnesota to Give Away Ridley Excalibur Carbon Fiber Road Bike
Excelsior, MN (PRWEB) July 20, 2008 -- excelcycle is celebrating the Tour de France during the month of July by having a drawing to give away a complete Ridley Excalibur road bike with a full custom bike fitting.
The Ridley Excalibur is a performance-oriented carbon fiber road bike frame with an affordable price. The bike frame itself weighs only 1100 grams and has classic round tubing and sloping race geometry. The complete bike, worth over $3500 retail, is equipped with Campagnolo components and wheels.
"Tour de France favorite Cadel Evans rides a Ridley bike as does his Silence-Lotto Pro Tour team, and I can't think of a better way to show how excited we are about the Ridley brand than to give one away at the end of July," said excelcycle owner Blayne Puklich.
Along with the Ridley Excalibur bike the winner will receive a full custom bike fitting. The excelcycle custom bike fitting process begins with the internationally recognized bikefitting.com system. The process works by going beyond the recommendations of the fitting system by listening to the rider's unique needs, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
Mike Taylor with Ridley USA said, "Ridley USA is very excited to work with one of the finest shops in the Twin Cities area with their Tour de France promotion. The Excalibur frameset has actually been ridden in several Pro Tour races and is the best selling model in the USA. Throw in the custom fitting by one excelcycle's fit experts and you'll be in for the ride of a lifetime!"
No purchase is necessary for the drawing, however the winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees. The prize has no cash value.

About Ridley Bikes:
Ridley Bicycles was founded in 1990. Through innovative technical and graphic design, Ridley quickly became the leading manufacturer in Belgium. In the early years, Ridley became known for supporting local grass roots teams and riders in Belgium, including a young Tom Boonen when he won the Belgian U23 championship in 2001. Ridley has since become the leader in cyclocross, Belgium's national sport. Four of the last five world champion winners have ridden Ridley bicycles. The Noah made its debut at the 2006 Tour de France and was ridden to 5th place overall by Cadel Evans, and first place in the Sprint competition to green jersey winner Robbie McEwen, who also took three stages on his new bike. The incredible frame stiffness in the bottom bracket, integrated seat post, and oversize head tube areas led McEwen to call it "the fastest bike I've ever ridden."
